The internet has become an incredible resource with which you can see homes that are available for sale. Spending time looking for homes on line helps you to narrow down what you want in a home and what you'll need to spend to get it. But the internet has its limitations, as many of we more experienced Realtors know how to make a home sound and look terrific online. There are so many other considerations such as the structure of the house, future maintenance issues, property legalities, schools, future plans for the surrounding areas and local community knowledge - all of which we ensure you consider as you narrow down your list of the perfect home. We help you to compare various homes in a way that no single listing agent representing their individual seller can do for you. And we save you time finding a home by getting you into lots of homes in one day, making it even easier to compare the pros and cons of each house.
Simple and Powerful Web Search
Our website provides you with the most powerful yet simple site on which to search for homes:
- Displays all available homes. Many of the websites available to you do not display all homes for sale, making it necessary or you to bounce between multiple sites as you search online. Sometimes you don't even realize you're only seeing a portion of the market.
- Map. See search results both in a list or on a map
- No registration. You can see as many homes as you want in full detail without being asked to register. You will only need to register if you want new listing updates and, even with that registration, all we require is an email address.
- Community Info. You can even see community information such as cost of living, median home price, household income and nearby amenities
- Regional search. By using our one-of-a-kind Howard County map, you can search for homes in a particular region of Howard Co without needing to know all of the towns or zip codes in the region.

You're always welcome to use your own relationships to find the inspectors, mortgage providers and other professionals you'll need. There are many great providers in the market and we have good relationships with lots of them. But, if you prefer a one-stop shop for everything, we have a full team of proven individuals who have a long history of providing great results for our clients including a title company, mortgage providers, inspectors, contractors and settlement services.
Closing on Time
Missing your settlement date can cost you money and possible the house itself. Even though other professionals will be handling various parts of your transaction, we will be in touch with them at all times to make sure everyone is keeping pace for a timely settlement. We use automated systems and personal communication to manage all parts of your home buying proves so you can focus on the rest of your life (and packing!).
Experience
David has over 20 years of experience completing real estate transactions. He has represented both buyers and sellers in over 100 transactions ranging from $100,000 condos to multi-million dollar commercial properties. David has focused solely on residential real estate for the past six years, assisting dozens of buyers and sellers and building a superior track record and reputation.
Education
David has completed the following advanced training:
- Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). The GRI program, which requires 120 hours of advanced training, has been completed by less than 10% of Realtors. It includes highly specialized training in topics such as advanced financing, environmental issues, ethics, technology, taxes, pricing, property marketing and contract law.
- Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). This 3-day program provides detailed training in needs assessment, property selection, foreclosures and short sales, traditional and non-traditional financing, pricing, contract law and buyer agency.
- Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). This program focuses on tax issues associated with selling a home, second homes, inter-family transfers and the role of real estate in overall estate planning.
