Within the first 24 hours, we will get your home posted on over 1,000 websites through our cutting edge Information Data Exchange (IDX) capabilities. With close to 90% of buyers starting their home search online, this is by far the most valuable method of mass marketing your home. The postings will have high quality photos and detailed information about your home, as well as one-click ways for buyers to contact us for more information or to schedule a showing. Also within that first 24 hours, information about your home will be emailed to buyers who are looking for a home like yours, which is the most valuable target marketing available. Finally, we'll employ traditional signage and high quality printed fliers so catch the buyers who are out looking for a new home in their cars.

Technology We use cutting edge technology to handle many aspects of your transaction. While technology never replaces personal contact, it does make things easier and gives you an edge. We have systems in place that:
  • allow agents to make appointments on line and during extended hours by phone
  • notify our sellers of pending appointments
  • use of electronic lockboxes that store information on every agent who accesses the key
  • contact our sellers when showings are complete so they know they are free to back home

Experience
David has over 20 years of experience completing real estate transactions. He has represented both buyers and sellers in over 100 transactions ranging from $100,000 condos to multi-million dollar commercial properties. David has focused solely on residential real estate for the past six years, assisting dozens of buyers and sellers and building a superior track record and reputation.

Local Knowledge
A resident of Howard County for almost 40 years, David knows the neighborhoods, schools and local characteristics. He also has a strong understanding of adjacent markets from Eldersburg to Annapolis and Canton to Towson. Everyone on the team lives in the local community and is involved in numerous community organizations so they know of expected changes that will affect communities as well.

Education
David has completed the following advanced training:
  • Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). The GRI program, which requires 120 hours of advanced training, has been completed by less than 10% of Realtors. It includes highly specialized training in topics such as advanced financing, environmental issues, ethics, technology, taxes, pricing, property marketing and contract law.
  • Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). This 3-day program provides detailed training in needs assessment, property selection, foreclosures and short sales, traditional and non-traditional financing, pricing, contract law and buyer agency.
  • Certified Staging Professional (CSP). Preparing your home to show well is one of the two most important components of selling a home. David has the formal training and years of experience to help you identify ways to make your home show well and overcome difficult features of your home.
  • Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). This program focuses on tax issues associated with selling a home, second homes, inter-family transfers and the role of real estate in overall estate planning.
