As a Realtor since 2003, I’m proud of our 90-plus percent success rate in selling the homes we list and knowing that our buyers had a terrific home buying experience. Over 80% of our business comes from personal referrals and repeat clients which demonstrates our extraordinary level of customer satisfaction.

I’ve been a local resident for close to 45 years. I was raised in Ellicott City, spent my 20s in Baltimore City and am now a 15-year resident of Western Howard County. I know Howard County and the surrounding communities as well as anyone in the business which is a crucial and valuable benefit for both buyers and sellers.

My career in real estate spans close to 30 years. I’ve represented buyers and sellers in hundreds of real estate transactions ranging from $100,000 condos to multi-million dollar commercial, multi-family and healthcare properties. After 15 years in acquisitions and development, corporate finance and executive management, my focus since 2003 has been working with residential home buyers and sellers.

I believe that training and continuing education are essential to stay in front of market changes, new technology and important legal issues. I’m a graduate of the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) which is a certification held by less than 10% of Realtors. I’m also an Accredited Buyers Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist and Certified Staging Professional.

Community involvement is also a major part of life for me. I serve on the boards of the Howard County Association of Realtors, Howard County Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement of Howard County and Friends of the Howard County Library. I’m active in the Glenelg High School Boosters, am a major sponsor the Howard County Chamber’s Young Professionals Network and provide financial support to numerous community organizations.
